Free of delivery charges on our selected destination.
Selected Destination: Delivery to main commercial building of Hong Kong Island , Kowloon and New Territories and along to Railway and MTR. We reserve the right for additional charge for the delivery address located in remote area of Hong Kong such as village house, villa, Lantau Island . If you have question about the delivery, please contact our customer service.
Extra charges will impose for the delivery address without lift service or entrance far away from car park.
Delivery session is from Monday to Friday during 9 a .m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday between 9 a .m. to 1 p.m. Delivery will take one to two working days from order date.
After the order accepted, our customer service will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule and cannot altered once confirmed.
Customers are required to show the Internet order number to the delivery staff to verify the ordering.
We can only deliver the goods to customers' premises once per order. Should the customer failed to collect the goods at pre-set schedule. The company reserves the right to re-deliver the goods again or additional charges will be imposed.
For safety concerns, there is no delivery during tropical cyclones, heavy raining or other bad weather conditions.

Should the customer failed to collect the goods at pre-set schedule. Customer can collect the goods at our SeeDigi retail shop located in WanChai.
SeeDigi reserves the final decision on the delivery.
Mainland Customer
Goods can be arrived to the major cities in China-Shanghai, Beijing , Shenzhen, Guangzhou , Chengdu . Customer should pay the delivery and loading charges, levy ,duty and tax. Minimum order is HKD$3,000.
Oversea Customer
International delivery will normally be arranged through UPS if customer does not request specific arrangement. Delivery charges will be charged depend on the country, the products volume and weight.
Delivery
