The products warranty policies are varies by each manufacturers.
Normally, the warranty period is one year, some manufacturers might
offer 3 years, such as IBM T series notebook. Please return the units
for repair according to the address stated on the warranty card. If
you are not sure where to send to, you can also send back to our services

Hardware
Please remove all your add-on peripherals from the repairing units,
such as notebook memory, flash memory card, extra hard disk etc. Please
make sure you back up your data and information on your hard drive.
The repaired notebook units will not contain your original data.
Software
There is no return or exchange for software products. Once the factory
sealed is broken, there is no return.
